- “Expressing interest”, “Expressed interest” “messaging”, “quoted” means contacting, quoting or messaging a customer back from contact details received via our platform.
- “Lead”, is the clients contact details of which we give you the opportunity to express interest in, contact the customer, arrange to quote and secure the work.
- “Service Agreement”, means any agreement reached between a tradesman and a customer on the services to be performed. A service agreement can be reached by a verbal exchange in person, via telephone, via an email or in the form of a written statement or contract.
Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English law. Disputes arising in connection with these Terms and Conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the UK Cival Courts.
If any provisions hereof are held to be illegal or unenforceable such provisions shall be severed and the remainder of this Agreement shall remain in full force and effect unless the business purpose of this Agreement is substantially frustrated thereby.

We recommend that any Customer, before entering into a service agreement with any Repair Professional, obtains confirmation of licences, insurance cover, guarantees, qualifications and any other necessary documentation to satisfy that the trader is suitable for your project. If you suffer any problems or losses as a result of not obtaining or verfying these details, http://www.wesprayanycar.com will not be liable as a result.
